What data we collect

• Identifying and professional data you enter in the assessment form: name, email, company, role, company size, industry and phone if provided.
• Contact form data: name, email, optional phone, optional company and the content of your message.
• Your assessment answers and the scores calculated from them.
• The site language used when submitting and the submission date.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your assessment answers are also stored in your browser's local storage so you can continue later; you can clear them from your browser at any time.

Why we use the data

• To calculate and show your maturity assessment result.
• To answer your contact request or arrange an initial conversation.
• To send you information about our services only if you explicitly ticked that box.

Legal basis

Your explicit consent, given by ticking the corresponding box before submitting the form. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to the contact email.

Retention

We keep the data while a relationship or contact interest exists and, after that, until you request deletion. On a deletion request we remove your data unless a legal obligation requires keeping it.

Who it is shared with

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data is stored in the hosting and database infrastructure serving this site, which acts as a provider on our behalf.

Your rights

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct it if inaccurate.
• Request its deletion.
• Object to processing or withdraw consent.
• Request a copy of the data you provided.

To exercise any of these rights, write to sales@promatekconsulting.com stating your request. We will reply within a reasonable period and, in any case, within the deadlines required by applicable law.

Security

Forms are transmitted encrypted and data is stored in tables that are not publicly accessible: they are written and read only from this application's server. No security measure is absolute, but we do not publish or expose this information.
